Job Summary
A health and wellness company specializing in papaya and graviola leaf products is filling a position for a Telecommute Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Conduct strategic planning, road mapping and delivery
- Manage P&L and responsible for Driving revenue and increasing margins
- Drive sales and growth on e-commerce accounts including managing extension growth to new global markets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Advanced degree like MBA, M.Sc or other professional certification required
- Ideal candidate is a prior leader and manager with a wealth of experience gained over years
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience
- Strategic thinker with some years of management and leadership work experience in a related industry
- Willing to engage with start up company and help company grow to next level
- Experience with working with non-US terms, international travel and passion for health, wellness and organic food a plus
