Job Summary
A software technology company is seeking a Telecommute Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recognizing improvement opportunities to maximize efficiencies and develop plans to execute on improvements
- Leading, growing and developing our team in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving and inventory management
- Ensuring fulfillment center is properly staffed and has the resources to support capacity and growth
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with International Shipping and logistics is a must
- Experience with warehouse management/ERP systems
- High degree of self accountability and awareness
- Proven operations leadership skills
- Comfortability pinpointing areas in our operation where we can spend our efforts growing and improving
- In depth knowledge of B2B e-commerce and fulfillment operations
