Job Summary

We're seeking an Operations Manager to join our world class operations team. You will be responsible for our entire operations during your time zone by developing and supporting our globally distributed service team, and defining and optimizing work processes and standards. The role will include in-depth business intelligence and analysis from tons of data, and executing company-wide initiatives.

Strong analytical capabilities and excellent English skills
Willing to work hard to build a world-class business
Data analysis and in-depth Microsoft Office skills. Design experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
Based in an American or Asian time zone, availability to work weekends
Minimum a BSc, and 3+ years of professional experience (project management, operations, design or similar is a plus)
Loves structure, is execution driven, independent and excited about working in a team
