Job Summary

A clinical research organization has an open position for a Telecommute Operations Recruitment Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for team members involved in patient and site facing initiatives
• Interface with key customers and team members, supplies, and other stakeholders
• Ensure executed strategies meet compliance guidelines and are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors degree
• 3 years experience in global patient recruitment /clinical trial execution role
• 3 years experience within a pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• 3 years focused in patient recruitment/retention strategy and/or project management
