Job Summary

A data analytics company is seeking a Telecommute Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing deep understanding of existing operations workflow & track workflow to meet delivery & quality SLAs requirements
  • Working with the engineering team to develop scripts to automate routine tasks
  • Resolving escalated customer service issues by working closely with the Ops Team Leads

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Experience with Python and SQL
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
