Job Summary

An e-commerce operations and technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Operations Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining front line operations, including sales, customer service, software feature & bug documentation
• Helping create and implement the sales client onboarding process
• Documenting functionality requirements for feature and bug management

Position Requirements Include:

• 5+ years demonstrated success (management a plus) and experience in a similar sales leadership role
• 3+ years proven success in selling a SaaS based solution to customers
• Proficiency using Hubspot or equivalent CRM system
• Strategic prospecting and networking skills
