Job Summary
An e-commerce operations and technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Operations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining front line operations, including sales, customer service, software feature & bug documentation
- Helping create and implement the sales client onboarding process
- Documenting functionality requirements for feature and bug management
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years demonstrated success (management a plus) and experience in a similar sales leadership role
- 3+ years proven success in selling a SaaS based solution to customers
- Proficiency using Hubspot or equivalent CRM system
- Strategic prospecting and networking skills
