Telecommute Operations Staff Accountant
Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Operations Staff Accountant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being accountable to record payroll related to all entities, and reconcile the GL to payroll reports
- Ensuring an accurate and timely month end close by preparing various journal entries and account reconciliations
- Being responsible for coding credit card transactions and confirming receipts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years accounting or related experience
- Prior working remote experience and experience with ASC 606 at a SaaS company is preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Accounting standards
- Expertise with excel, and detail oriented with strong analytical skills
