Job Summary
A healthcare services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Operations Support Analyst Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients and providers for problem resolution
- Interfacing with physicians and healthcare extenders and providing case specific feedback
- Providing ongoing cases specific physician training based on trend and data analysis
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to work, coach and train team members at all levels of the organization
- Ability to be flexible to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Working knowledge and understanding of the VA quality assurance process
- Working knowledge of case management software, electronic medical records and medical databases
- Medical background and experience reviewing medical reports
