Job Summary

A healthcare services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Operations Support Analyst Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients and providers for problem resolution
  • Interfacing with physicians and healthcare extenders and providing case specific feedback
  • Providing ongoing cases specific physician training based on trend and data analysis

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work, coach and train team members at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to be flexible to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the VA quality assurance process
  • Working knowledge of case management software, electronic medical records and medical databases
  • Medical background and experience reviewing medical reports
