Job Summary

A retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Operations Support Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing orders
• Supporting stores with weekly report completion and follow-up
• Supporting and following up om inventory and strict policy and process accountability

Qualifications Include:

• Able to support the Order Management team in meeting its largest Service Level Agreement by screening fraudulent online orders
• Requires a lot of independent workflow management
• Able to have flexibility and quickly transition from one task to another
• Strong pattern identification, attention to detail and strict policy and process
