A banking services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Operations Support Member Success Team Lead.

Must be able to:

• Own internal documentation to ensure our macros, wiki articles, and CRM
• Manage operational tasks connected to member success
• Collaborate with the team to test new ideas that will drive outstanding customer satisfaction
