Job Summary
A non-profit media company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Operations Talent Acquisition Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions within the company
- Serving as the contact person for IT or technology and finance (laptops, new hire list) regarding incoming new hires to ensure staff have all necessary resources on their first day
- Performing outline tasks required to execute human resources programs around the employee experience including compensation, benefits, and leaves through our PEO, ADP Totalsource
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar HR role
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Hands on experience with posting jobs via social media and job boards
- Experience with HRIS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Ability to motivate employees
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Human Resources law and strong business ethics, including the ability to work in a highly confidential remote work environment
