Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Operations Team Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operations of a call-service team
  • Provide regular supervision and mentorship
  • Identify and address agent training needs

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Considerable experience managing 15 or more employees OR
  • Ability to demonstrate competencies listed by company INCLUDING
  • Successful completion of two management level interview AND
  • Computer proficiency, ability to provide constructive feedback AND
  • Ability to establish a team environment
