Job Summary
A corporate travel management firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Operations Ticketing Consultant in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Assist as needed in completing all functions related to servicing clients
- Perform ticket processing
- Provide clear instructions to travelers regarding profile updates or actions required
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years travel agency experience
- Proficiency in CRS, ticketing procedures for air travel, hotel booking and car rental requirements
- High level of knowledge of GDS system (SABRE)
- Knowledge of airline rules and regulations, and reading fare rules
- Ability to work in multiple systems and programs throughout the day
