Job Summary

A human resources and financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in all stages of the Oracle HCM project lifecycle
  • Develop as a subject matter expert for clients and other colleagues
  • Perform principal consultant duties as the lead functional consultant

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites on average 5-10% of the time
  • 2-3 years experience in Oracle HCM, Payroll, Compensation or Talent/Learning solutions
  • 3+ years defining systems requirements
  • Experience with system configuration and gathering and writing business requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting system issues
