Job Summary

A consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute Oracle HCM Deployment Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with companies on-site and remotely to project manage their deployment of Oracle HCM
  • Managing internal and customer teams through major phases and milestones within a deployment
  • Monitoring progress, status, risks, project financials and work efforts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Fusion or EBS
  • Proven experience with management of Oracle HCM deployments
  • Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Project skills
