Job Summary

A consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Oracle HCM Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with companies on-site and remotely to project manage their deployment of Oracle HCM
  • Managing ArcLight and customer teams through major phases and milestones within a deployment
  • Monitoring progress, status, risks, project financials and work efforts

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
  • Oracle HCM Cloud, Fusion or EBS experience
  • Proven management of Oracle HCM deployments
  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Project skills
