Job Summary
A company that provides a decentralized Oracle network is in need of a Telecommute Oracle People Operations Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing key support and coordination on various People programs ensuring a great employee experience
- Collaborating across departments and teams to help develop and ensure the success of all People initiatives
- Acting as the main point of contact for our non-US onboarding, partnering closely with our PEO vendor
Position Requirements Include:
- Work experience as a People Ops Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role preferably in a tech startup
- Ability to collaborate across departments and teams to help develop and ensure the success of all People initiatives
- Comfortable using and improving various systems and processes
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment while remaining incredibly organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to handle data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
