Job Summary

A consulting company has a current position open for a Telecommute Oracle Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with companies on-site and remotely to project manage their deployment of Oracle HCM
• Managing company and customer teams through major phases and milestones within a deployment
• Monitor progress, status, risks, project financials and work efforts

Required Skills:

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Project skills
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
