Job Summary
A business solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Order and Procurement Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor key forms in the Subcontractor Portal forms library
- Follow up on the MSA changes until the MSA language is agreed on
- Enter the monthly subcontractor spend
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to periodically review subcontractor's required documentation
- Must be able to provide Subcontractor reporting, inclusive of spend for 1099 tax purposes
- Must be able to analyze metrics that identify opportunities for improved behaviors
- Must be able to ensure that all 1099 subcontractors have current W9s on file
