Job Summary

A design company is in need of a Telecommute Order Processing Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Determine timeline for submitted orders based on vendor and client requirements
  • Reviewing and approving paper proofs provided by vendors to ensure artwork is accurate
  • Creating and submitting accurate work orders to decorators and vendors

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 70 wpm typing speed
  • 1 year administrative experience
  • Strong PC and data entry skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with lots of details and numbers accurately
