Job Summary

A provider of business development services is in need of a Telecommute Organizational Change Management Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Planning, designing, developing, organizing, writing, and editing instructor-led training content
  • Conducting training needs assessments and developing course objectives
  • Developing evaluation measures, including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and tests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel nationally on a weekly basis
  • 6+ years of experience with major ERP systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Expert knowledge of uPerform, UPK, or similar tool
  • Knowledge of instructional design theory and Adult Learning Principles
