Job Summary
A provider of business development services is in need of a Telecommute Organizational Change Management Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning, designing, developing, organizing, writing, and editing instructor-led training content
- Conducting training needs assessments and developing course objectives
- Developing evaluation measures, including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and tests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel nationally on a weekly basis
- 6+ years of experience with major ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Expert knowledge of uPerform, UPK, or similar tool
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and Adult Learning Principles
