Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Organizational Change Management Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the project team to identify project objectives and scope
• Conducting a risk and limiting constraints analysis
• Identifying the impact on the current state and incorporate the findings into an analysis

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
• BA or BS Degree in related area of study
• Must have experience influencing stakeholders in written and oral communications
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Resource Management
• Expertise in the Change Management tools and methods
• Experience conducting business process sessions resulting in fit/gap analysis and production of detailed process flows
