Job Summary
A professional services organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Organizational Change Management Strategist.
Must be able to:
- Create and execute Change and Comms Strategy
- Report into Senior Transformation Leader
- Play an advisory role with additional responsibility to design and develop aspects of the operating model
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Problem solving capabilities to dig and roll up sleeves to solve challenging/complex problems
- Ability to align with change resistant global regions and varying maturity levels
- Must have a consultative approach
- Experience working within a complex, matrixed environment
- Ability to foster and create leadership alignment in an environment with new leaders
- Experience with rganization design, organizational effectiveness, and organizational change management
