Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Organizational Development Scrum Master.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading teams to execute Agile processes, structures and values
  • Coaching teams on how to manage and drive Agile ceremonies
  • Helping teams reach consensus for what can be achieved during a specific period of time

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years experience as a Scrum Master implementing Agile practices
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing and developing Agile teams
  • Clear understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and task definition
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks
