Job Summary
A health services company has an open position for a Telecommute Organizational Readiness Training Lead.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with the team to provide continuous improvement through training and education
- Serve as project manager, overseeing training plans, resourcing, delivery, and sustainment
- Analyze on-going assessments to identify various needs and trends and customizes targeted programs
Qualifications Include:
- High School or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience required
- Three years of experience preferred
- Can continuously review curriculum design and course development
