Job Summary

A health services company has an open position for a Telecommute Organizational Readiness Training Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Collaborate with the team to provide continuous improvement through training and education
  • Serve as project manager, overseeing training plans, resourcing, delivery, and sustainment
  • Analyze on-going assessments to identify various needs and trends and customizes targeted programs

Qualifications Include:
