Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Organizing Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and supporting statewide teams of leaders to build power and win campaigns across the state
  • Working with the state leadership team and organizers to build state coalition and partner relationship
  • Managing state organizers to ensure productive, strategic campaigns and to drive growth

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel statewide as needed
  • At least five years of experience in a grassroots organizing or a campaign setting
  • Experience and comfort with fundraising
  • A strong understanding of campaign development
  • A passion for climate justice issues, including an analysis around climate change
  • Experience in organizing and movement building with an emphasis on effective leadership development
