Job Summary
A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute OSI PI Developer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting OSIsoft backfill efforts
- Designing and implementing specific use cases such as battery monitoring or device dashboards
- Providing PI development expertise, guidance, support and research
Qualifications for this position include:
- PI Development – understanding of PI architecture, WebAPI, AFSDK, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge and prior use of Asset Framework
- Understand data requirements to develop ETL tools to efficiently load data into the PI system from a custom DMS system
- Understanding of Agile-like development processes, TFS, and TFVC
