A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Outage Communication Expert.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide best possible communication and customer support
- Translate crisis situations into communications actions
- Support development and implementation of outage communication strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel less than 10%
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in problem solving in context of crisis situations
- Experience with crisis communication
- 10 years’ experience in either Executive Communications or related
- Experience of working with customers
