Job Summary

A contact center has an open position for a Telecommute Outbound Business to Business Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Deliver a prepared sales script confirming their interest in the product
• Quickly and accurately obtain predetermined information from consumer
• Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years' experience working in a virtual, work at home call center required
• Internet Explorer 7 or greater required with Mozilla Firefox as needed
• Excellent verbal communication skills including grammar and voice quality
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customer
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions
