Job Summary
A contact center has an open position for a Telecommute Outbound Business to Business Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver a prepared sales script confirming their interest in the product
- Quickly and accurately obtain predetermined information from consumer
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a virtual, work at home call center required
- Internet Explorer 7 or greater required with Mozilla Firefox as needed
- Excellent verbal communication skills including grammar and voice quality
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with customer
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions
