Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Outbound Healthcare Caller in Tucson.

Must be able to:

  • Make out bound calls to patients regarding the use of their medication
  • Help improve the health of members by problem solving issues with the medications they are taking
  • Partner with pharmacist and RN to determine the best process to handle each situation

Required Skills:

  • Must have a healthcare cert: CPHT, LPN, RN, LVN, or MA
  • Knowledge of medications
  • Knowledge of HIPAA
  • Positive attitude and professional phone demeanor
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • HS Diploma or GED
