Job Summary

A medical center, medical school, and physicians network is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Outpatient Coding Quality Review Educator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to coding-related questions from HSC coding staff
  • Leading, coordinating and performing all functions of quality reviews
  • Providing Coding Integrity Specialist (CIS) and CQR education

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC required
  • 5+ years acute care inpatient/outpatient coding experience
