Job Summary

An analytics solutions and services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Outpatient Subject Matter Expert in Jacksonville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing consultations about the coding of outpatient facility claims
  • Assisting in developing query ideas that help identify when an outpatient hospital claim is coded incorrectly

Qualifications for this position include:

  • knowledgeable of the APC payment methodology
  • Certified Coding Specialist
  • Registered Health Information Technologist
  • Must have experience with encoder tools
  • Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skill
  • Must possess experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
