Job Summary
A human resource company is filling a position for a Telecommute Outplacement Career Coach in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Proactively advise and coach individual outplacement participants on career development
- Effectively engage and manage a participant caseload
- Maintain electronic service delivery record for each participant
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to client and/or other site for notifications or workshops if needed
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of three years of experience in delivery of career coaching to individuals in various industries and levels of employment
- Experience with executive coaching
- Personal home office with a PC (not a MAC) that has anti-virus protection and broadband Internet connection with minimum 3 MB service
- Other requirements as outlined in the job description
