A career coaching and human resources company is filling a position for a Telecommute Outplacement Career Coach in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing effective career coaching and job search consulting
- Advising and coaching individual participants on career development
- Maintaining electronic service delivery record for each participant
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to client and/or other site for notifications or workshops if needed
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree
- 3+ years of experience in delivery of career coaching to individuals in various industries and levels of employment
- Experience with executive coaching
- 1+ year of experience coaching individuals via Internet/telephone
- Expertise in career development
