A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Output Solutions Service Management Director.

  • Driving your teams to meet client needs
  • Performing day- to-day management of the Client Servicing Team
  • Conducting direct client management

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must work in Austin, TX 75% for initial onboarding (2-3 months)
  • Ability to travel 50% as business needs require
  • Minimum 10 years professional work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology or software related business
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
