Job Summary

A reverse mortgage lender has a current position open for a Telecommute Outside Sales Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establishing a strong company presence and developing relationships with Realtors
• Participating in all steps related to the origination of a mortgage loan
• Learning various borrowing programs and processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Attend various rallies, luncheons, and events
• NMLS License Required under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
• A minimum of 2 years of current outside sales origination experience
• Thorough knowledge of all mortgage products and programs
• Knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
