Job Summary
An employee assistance program company is filling a position for a Telecommute Overnight Employee Assistance Program Clinical Counselor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing telephone based clinical assessments and referrals, or assessments and short-term problem solving
- Providing troubled employee consultations and critical incident stress management for client organizations
- Participating in clinical staffing and in-house trainings
Qualifications for this position include:
- In-house trainings
- A Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or another clinical counseling field
- Ability to multi-task and provide clinical behavioral health services
- Excellent risk assessment skills, and an ability to adapt quickly to a client's changing needs
- Strong clinical judgment and an understanding of your responsibilities with confidentiality
- All other requirements necessary for this position
