Job Summary
A privately-held medical laboratory and biotechnology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Pacific Northwest Regional Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing business plans based on sales goals, expectations, and available resources, including regional strategies and tactics
- Recruiting, selecting, hiring, and coordinating training all of sales professionals within the designated region
- Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree – business or life sciences required
- 3+ years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business
- 2+ years previous sales management experience required
- Demonstrated successful track record in both sales and sales management roles
