Job Summary

A provider of manufacturing technology needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Packaging Customer Success Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that the customer’s success is paramount
  • Developing a team with a strong sense of solving customer challenges
  • Ensuring the ongoing training, education and professionalism of the support team

Required Skills:

  • Ability to visit customers and represent at all relevant customer-facing events
  • Extensive market-specific domain expertise and experience in Packaging
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Experience in Operations Mgmt, ERP/MIS administration, Packaging &/or Corrugated workflow
  • Experience in CSR, order management, procurement, and/or business process management
  • All other requirements listed by company
