A digital marketing company is seeking a Telecommute Paid Social Media Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a team of 20+ paid social account managers and strategists and responsible for client success across their team
- Working closely with the team and our clients making sure we are hitting our monthly performance goals
- Collaborating with creative department ensuring the building and optimizing of best creative to improve performance for our clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in performance media buying on Facebook/Instagram ideally in a digital or media agency
- 5+ years of E-commerce experience required
- Department leadership and management experience required
- Experience Managing other managers as well as top performers
