Job Summary

An IT service management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Pain Assessment Screening Tool and Outcomes Registry Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Registering patient into Pain Assessment Screening Tool and Outcomes Registry
• Distributing laptops or notebooks and/or kiosks to patients to complete baseline PASTOR
• Printing out PASTOR report for provider to have on hand during medical appointment

Required Skills:

• Manages local equipment
• Secret Clearance
• Need to lift or move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Professional office environment
