Job Summary

A company that manufactures recyclable products is filling a position for a Telecommute Paper or Plastic Products Sales Regional Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Recruiting, selecting and managing sales representatives
• Developing a working relationship with the Top 10 Region Customers
• Updating and managing the CRM Tool

Required Skills:

• Experience managing, coaching and developing direct reports
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales, OR
• A combination of education and 10+ years of work-related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information
