Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Paralegal.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Advising the sales team on how to structure deals
  • Advising personnel of the legal ramifications of past and proposed actions
  • Creating/updating contract templates for new and established business models

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
