Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business field in health care administration, compliance, regulatory and/or equivalent combination of experience
- Ability to work with large data sets to make data-driven analytical decisions
- Strong analytical skills and use of pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within the business
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
