Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Participant Communication Strategist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and recommending communication design and delivery strategies while managing a book of business
  • Modifying templated action-focused and measureable communication campaigns based on client needs
  • Anticipating industry regulatory communication requirements; ensuring communications are leveraged for plan sponsors

Qualifications Include:

  • May require occasional travel (up to 40%) to meet with clients
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, finance or relevant field
  • Minimum of five years of retirement industry experience
  • Minimum of seven to ten years of retirement communications experience
  • Minimum of three years of client management experience
  • Familiarity with variable data, personalization and multi-channel delivery approaches to communications
