Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Partner Implementation Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Ensure Customer Success is at the forefront of all implementations
- Provide chargeable support and training via Partner Expert Services
- Ensure project governance and reporting is in place to for all Partner Projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge of HR applications and workflows
- Aptitude to understand functional business processes
- Ability to engage with clients and understand their requirements
- Ability to work autonomously in challenging customer environments
- Ability to manage complex customer relationships, including C Level
- Project Management experience
