A travel platform has a current position open for a Telecommute Partner Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring call center goal alignment
• Maintaining strong advocacy for call center teams
• Championing and communicating partner-centric culture to the centers

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years' experience managing center operations
• 1+ years’ experience in account/relationship management in a B2B environment
• Proficient working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
• Positive and service oriented mind-set /work attitude
• Experienced in communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in the travel industry
