A computer company is in need of a Telecommute Partner Relations Advisor.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to developer requests and providing world-class customer service
  • Diagnose and report the source of repeat issues
  • Tailor communication and style to differing audiences

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 2 years supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
  • Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
  • Ability to research and grasp information across multiple tools while talking with customers
