A computer company is in need of a Telecommute Partner Relations Advisor.
Must be able to:
- Respond to developer requests and providing world-class customer service
- Diagnose and report the source of repeat issues
- Tailor communication and style to differing audiences
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2 years supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
- Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
- Ability to research and grasp information across multiple tools while talking with customers
