Job Summary
A payment technology services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Partner Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Seeking ways to reduce time to launch while improving the new partner experience
- Actively managing high priority new partners in launch
- Engaging directly with the partner, merchant and with others in the internal organization to ensure productive partner launches
Required Skills:
- Ability to enable partner training as it relates to platform applications and product functionality
- Ability to create new partner dashboards and reports on the status of our pipeline to the Business Development team and the business unit’s senior leadership
- Ability to facilitate successful transition of new partners to the relationship management teams
- Ability to communicate new partner design across Marketing, Underwriting, Sales, Sales Operations and Integrations
- Ability to implement creative strategies and work with SMEs and other RMs to seek new partner solutions where appropriate
- Ability to work to develop initiatives to improve communications, processes and workflow with partners and internally
