Job Summary

A research organization is seeking a Telecommute Partnership Excellence Lead Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring continuous improvement of partnership governance processes and materials
• Working closely with stakeholders to secure new partnerships
• Evolving and maintaining sponsor partnership governance and communication materials

Qualifications Include:

• Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 12-15 years)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Thorough understanding of sponsor/CRO business practices and advanced knowledge of operational/financial practices
• Demonstrated ability to build peer relationships and effective teams with demonstrated global and cultural awareness
• Excellent customer relationship management skills and strong commercial acumen
